I'm going to say some stuff about this survey, and it will make a lot more sense if you read it. Plus, that will let you draw your own conclusions based on what the data said.
Truly, if you haven't already seen it, go read it. This concerns you, your family, and your community. Do yourself a favor and be informed about it.

Rockwood residents who wish to file as candidates for the Rockwood School District Board of Education should do so in person between Tuesday, Dec. 18 at 8 a.m. and Tuesday, Jan. 22 at 5 p.m.

I'm not sure why Rockwood School District paid to run a community survey, if the minutes from nearly every committee responsible for putting together a proposed bond issue package has basically said "the survey results are interesting, but we're going to ignore the community's desire not to run a bond issue campaign, and run one anyway".
